Maybe it is a bug, but I can’t select an object. I just started my first project and put down a text and then plane. I tried to select the text again to change the letters and it was turned into a mesh and then I could not select any other object. I tried ''C" and then box selecting an object and I got it to highlight but when I shifted into edit mode it always went to edit mode on the text no matter what object I had selected.
I thought I had it fixed by restarting Blender but I just opened the wrong one.
