Error on play [f5]

Hi to everyone, I just downloaded Armory for windows 64 but i have a problem with the player.
When I press the play button a window appear then I get an error saying “the handle is invalid”.
Can somebody give me a help?

Hello, does selecting browser runtime work? What OS version?

Hello lubos, when I select browser I get only a black screen.
My Os is Windows 7 and I have a laptop.

Same issue, 04_win64_b27. On windows 7. My customized default scene with just a cube no lights or anything worked in browser though for some strange reason first frame rendered stays as reflection in screen-space.

@Tanoo_Sawatmanee disable all script blockers you might have on.

Alright, I disabled any script that could block the page but without success.
changing the Player Graphics API from auto to Direct3d in the preference, makes the window appear for a second without error.

Hi, I think I have the same problem.

In Armory 0.4b28 I can test my game in the viewport or in my web browser, but with Krom I have a white “K” window and an error.

The Blender console just tells me that the build went well.

Same thing with Armory 0.4b79: Krom seems to be the source of the problem.

My machine runs Windows 7 64.

I’ll start here but I figure what I’m dealing with is similar but not the same. I’m using a Windows 10 64bit laptop and receiving a build failed message on the status bar no matter what configuration I use for the player. It just stalls for a time and then returns as a build fail.

I’ve downloaded the newest build as of roughly 30mins ago. same deal.

It’s my first foray into Armory and I’m not sure if I’m not ticking some boxes or not. The getting started video suggests that I should simply have to press play (f5) to see the player load and display the scene. The same happens when attempting to export the scene. What in heavens name must I do to taste the goodness of armory?

If you navigate to blender’s top menu can you locate the toggle system console menu item under the window menu?

It ought to display a log of the error in full.

Thanks that’s gotten me a bit further. It’s had me create several png images and is currently looking for a glsl file. I’ve located all the png files needed but It seems to need me to copy and paste the files from the Armory folder to where armory has been set up to locate files at. A bit tedious but not daunting.

Copying files manually will probably lead to more errors. What is the error output you see after doing toggle system console? Have you tried saving your .blend in a path like C:\Users\user_name\Documents\test in case there are permission issues?

But I’m looking at the files. Odd.
