Animation recommendations?

I plan to make a simple scene to create and test my protagonist. I want to end up with a game that changes play style between scenes. Some scenes will have a stationary yet aiming camera, and other scenes will have more of an “over the shoulder” type 3rd person thing. Not sure where to start. I have models and animations already.

Is it best to bake all animations on the character, or is it ok to go with all of Blenders original IK, FK, contraints and so on directly in Armory? The latter is easier to refine and adjust along testing… I am speaking only of bone animation.

Also I know that we have to Limit Bone Influence, but is there a limit to the number of bones? I want to have many on my Protag and less on the others.
