Clamp Camera rotation

Hi i searched the forums but could not find an answer.

my problem is i am doing a navmesh type of game (Just testing) i was wondering if the camera could follow the player but not copy the rotation, errr the best way to describe the movement i am looking for is the camera in DIABLO 3 or POE where it follows but does not rotate.

Perhaps try parenting the camera to the character and then locking the rotation on the camera.

The easiest way to do this is creating vertex parent. Select camera, select mesh, hit tab, select any vertex, ctrl+P, make vertex parent
