Future fmod or wwise support?


Just wanted to ask if there was any plans to implement a more complex sound system or support for fmod/wwise?


I don’t know whether or not there is any plans for that yet, but if you search around for “Audio” or “Audio 3D” around the forums, you can find some stuff that people have looked into before for the subject.

It may be possible to bind to 3D audio libraries similar to how we handle bindings to Bullet physics ( and more easily once semi-automated C/C++ bindings are finished ), but I don’t know exactly how that fits in with Audio in Kha.

I’m fairly inexperienced in the actual code side of things, so hopefully our audio guy can explore the current options within Armory3d.
