I am not particularly knowledgeable when it comes to licenses so i was hoping someone could explain about releasing commercial products with Armory whether they be games, animations, etc.

Armory uses “Mozilla Public License Version 2.0” license and in my personal opinion you can release commercial products but for details and rules i suggest to read the following informations:

The current licensing should not prevent releasing commercial products in any way.
The main intention of the license is - “All modified files containing MPL’d code must be disclosed under the MPL”. If you fork Armory into your own engine, you absolutely can, the only restriction is to keep it open source.
Games / animations / … created in Armory do not have to be open source and can also be used commercially. Would not want to make any restrictions on this, it’s up to the creator to do with his work however he pleases.
