If the speed does not exceed the threshold, the collision rebound remains unchanged. However, once the speed reaches the detection threshold, the elastic rebound becomes very strange. I have discovered a solution, Armory Props


and reduce its ‘Fixed Step’. This way, there is no need to turn on the CCD. No matter how fast the object is, it can precisely rebound without passing through other rigid bodies.
