I don’t know if ArmorPaint also have this particularity like Armory, but if it is the case, you need to remove all special characters from the file path:

Search for 0x80000003 in google, you will find some solution for you.
You can check if Twin Stick Demo is running in your machine: https://armory3d.org/download.html This will help to find out if the problem is happening just in ArmorPaint.
