Does anyone know how to setup armory for blender2.8?

What exactly do you mean with setup? - If you download armory for blender 2.8 on itch, it should already be setup and ready for use.
If you mean switching to the Armory engine inside blender 2.8 - It should already work even with the EEVEE or Cycles engine selected (press F5 to see) - Otherwise you can switch to the armory engine setup in the render tab:
