Some people profile pics aren’t shown, appear as if they are broken or something.(Click on image below)

I don’t know why but I’ve gotten the same thing for the last few days with Firefox on Ubuntu 16.04. It is only some people’s avatars. Actually I think it is for everybody who has a letter for an avatar because they haven’t set one themselves.
