How to refactor the blends, scripts and nodes safely?

I really enjoy playing with Armory3d. As I try more different things to do with Armory3d, I have to refactor blends, scripts and nodes. I tried different ways to change the files outside Blender and Kode studio. I can’t refresh Blender to see/load new scripts and nodes again. It seems Armory3d is somewhat fragile in this respect: the blend file, script and node files can sometimes become useless.

I prefer a safe workflow for refactoring blends, scripts and nodes.

@lubos thanks for your hard work, would you please consider a easy and safe mechanism for refactoring Armory3d assets when you design the architecture as soon as possible, otherwise the framework may become too complex to modify.
