NPC in Armory 3D

Hello. I need some help with Armory 3D. I would like to make the following:

  1. an enemy AI NPC who wanders around on its own, and only come after my playable character when it comes into the NPC view.

  2. a sleeper NPC that will come after my character when it gets close enough to it.

Hi. I am new to Armory, and have not done this, but there is an example which uses navmesh (called navmesh_follow), in the Armory examples. Maybe that can help.
