Seeking Guidance on Optimizing Armory3D for Complex Scenes

Hi everyone…

I’m fairly new to Armory3D but have been exploring it as an exciting option for creating interactive 3D experiences. I’ve been working on a project that involves a fairly complex scene with multiple animated objects, particle effects, and a moderately large terrain. While the results look promising so far, I’m running into a few issues and could use some advice:

  1. Performance Optimization: My scene occasionally stutters, especially when multiple animations and particle effects run simultaneously. Are there best practices in Armory3D for optimizing complex scenes, particularly regarding texture sizes, LODs, or script management?
  2. Lighting: I’m experimenting with dynamic lighting, but it seems to have a significant impact on performance. Should I consider baking some lighting or using hybrid approaches? Any tips on achieving good visuals without overloading the system?
  3. Exporting: When I export my project, the final build sometimes behaves differently compared to the in-editor playback. For instance, animations play out of sync or particle systems don’t trigger as expected. Has anyone encountered similar issues, and are there common fixes or workflows to ensure consistent exports?

I also check this: https://forums.armory3d.org/t/solved-complex-maps-or-complex-meshpowerbi But I have not found any solution.

Thanks in advance for your help!
