Hi. Mobile and browsers games tend to be more performance friendly. Although desktop games do have more access to power from their devices than the other devices. Consoles also have a fixed framerate, which helps with performance handling.
2D games are 8/10 (in my opinion) more performance friendly than 3D games, as they have less graphics to compute. Disclaimer, this doesn’t mean that 2D games can’t make a device lag (they certainty can).
