Third Person Shooter Aim Up/Down? Also, Question About Different Anims Per Character?

So I have two questions about Armory, 1. Is there a way to accomplish a sort of Aim Offset to use a UE4 asset term, where you can (for example for a third person shooter) aim up and down, Question 2. If I have say two Idle animations for characters, and since there both gonna be stored as actions in blender, how would I differentiate between the two separate animations? Other than naming them per character, cause that could get hard to organize eventually.
