Procedural bump how to create?

I’m trying to make a procedural bump of the brick texture. But does not work through the map of bump (height). At the same time, everything turns out with a raster texture.

Is it possible to bump from procedural nodes without using tessellation?

bump is not displacement it is just a texture telling the render engine where to put light giving the illusion of actual displacement.

Can you also post your .blend to better see what you are after?
